It is finally getting warm here in the Midwest and that means it is the perfect time to for rich and delicious salads to become a main course. They are quick and easy to prepare and don't require a special trip to the grocery store for ingredients because you can use whatever is in the fridge already. This summer salad has a summery color palette of orange and green and was just tasty as well as bright and colorful.
Ingredients:
Add the fruits and vegetables to the bed of micro greens and drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette. Serve with fresh homemade bread.
